Daniel is the Artistic Director and co-founder of Willamette

Shakespeare. Daniel and his wife, Sydney, formed the company in 2008 with fellow Oberlin graduate David Baer. Daniel directed Willamette Shakespeare’s first two productions and is slated to direct the 2011 production of All’s Well That Ends Well.

Daniel has a BA in Theatre, History and English from Oberlin College where we was an active member of the theatre department both on stage and off, studying both acting and technical theatre, as well as drama as literature.

Daniel has worked for over a decade in the software business, including several years as Chief Executive Officer of ISNetworks, a software company specializing in digital signature and encryption software, and several years as an independent consultant. Daniel and Sydney moved to Oregon in 2006 where they continue to perform and produce theatre for Willamette Shakespeare and other local theatre companies.
